Objectives of the training project:
The work environment is a factor that contributes value to a company. Lean Office and its operational tools represent an innovative way to approach Corporate Organization from a very different perspective compared to the principles used until now, and will provide results in eliminating waste and improving performance from a business efficiency standpoint.
Consultancy and coaching interventions will allow the implementation of the main theoretical themes of Lean Thinking within the company and translate them into applicable tools.
The program sets the following objectives:
– establish an operational strategy oriented towards continuous improvement
– convey an organic and comprehensive vision of the strategic and operational context in which the Client operates
– reduce costs: improve resource utilization, reduce the overall costs of the services provided
– reduce variability and improve the “logistical” flow of information: whether dealing with information or physical resources, it is necessary to find optimal paths and, in parallel, focus on reducing variability. Improving the “logistical” flows of information means seeking to increase outputs with the same amount of resources used. Managing flow variability allows for the adaptation of resources used, without sizing them for work peaks, which results in waste, nor too far below requirements. To improve, it is necessary to simplify and rationalize processes.
– improve productivity, i.e., the ratio of output to input.
– improve quality and customer service through the improvement of service delivery processes.
– foster continuous improvement, namely the maintenance and improvement of processes.
