Marvinacustica’s curved (Noishield™) or linear (Slimshield™) acoustic louvres provide solutions to environmental noise problems affecting commercial and residential areas by reducing noise pollution from cooling towers, boiler rooms, and air handling units in all types of buildings, including power plants, chemical treatment plants, and offshore applications. Their style blends perfectly with the aesthetics of a new building.

Technical specifications

  • Sturdy, high-performance structure made entirely of galvanized steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, contributing to a long life without the need for maintenance.
  • Color achieved with epoxy powder coating in RAL color chosen by the customer.
  • Other non-standard finishes are available upon request.
  • Acoustic louvres are available in a range of standard modular sizes.
  • They can be manufactured in the form of acoustic screens, selfsupporting barriers, cabinets, air intakes for ventilation systems, and extractors/silencers for cooling towers.
  • Ideal for all architectural needs, especially where space is limited.
  • Aerodynamic design that allows air to circulate, characterized by very low pressure drop.
  • Can be supplied as a door kit to be fitted in the louvres or as individual units if soundproofed access is required.
  • Noishield™ curved louvre is an economical grille system suitable for use behind architectural louvres (minimum cavity requirement of 100 mm).
  • Slimshield™ blade louvre performs better at high frequencies.
